Evaluation and Reporting

Evaluation and Reporting

Our frequent and rigorous evaluation provides you with real time data, so you can successfully lead your health and productivity management efforts.

The study of America's healthiest companies by WELCOA (Wellness Council of America) has led to the identification of seven benchmarks which are inherent in those who have built results-oriented workplace health and productivity management programs. These benchmarks form the foundation of our approach: Senior Leader Support - Cohesive Wellness Teams - Data Collection to Drive Efforts - Strategic And Operational Planning - Tailored Interventions - Supportive Environments - Continuous Evaluation.

However, just offering a wellness program based on these benchmarks doesn't ensure your success. In fact, a 2013 RAND Corporation study revealed that even though more than 85% of companies employing 1,000 or more workers offer wellness programs - only 24% of employees are participating and only 60% of employees are even aware that their company has a wellness program! The missing component ...employee well-being.

That's why in conjunction with WELCOA's 7-benchmarks we focus on employee well-being. We do this through our leadership development processes. The end result:

  • Engaged employees who demonstrate high level well-being in the areas of purpose, social, financial, community and physical.

  • 100% of your workforce knows about your health promotion efforts and >80% participate.

If you’re interested in building a healthy, vital, and productive workforce we'll work hard to make sure that happens
